Job Description
This position provides therapy services as part of a multidisciplinary team for adult and geriatric patients.
Communicates effectively with physicians, patients, and team members.
Completes all required documentation and pursues ongoing professional development.
Assesses patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
Uses appropriate techniques, monitors progress, and participates in care planning.
Possesses skills to evaluate developmental levels in pediatric and geriatric patients, tailoring treatment accordingly.
Engages in quality improvement activities and departmental collaboration.
Qualifications include a graduate of an accredited SLP program, current CA licensure, BLS certification, with hospital experience preferred; new grads are welcome.
This is a part-time, contract role based in Manteca, CA, offering $40-$55/hour, requiring reliable commuting or relocation.
