Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate school-based Speech Language Pathologist to support K-5 students in improving communication, speech, and swallowing skills.

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
  • Provide therapy sessions using various techniques, monitor progress, and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and educate students, families, on communication strategies.
  • Stay current with professional development and adhere to ASHA and state licensure standards.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, CA licensure eligibility, and experience with diverse pediatric populations.

  • Skills required include strong assessment, communication, and knowledge of AAC systems and IEP processes.

  • The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with a start date upon credentialing and until June 6, 2024. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and sick time. Compensation ranges from $60.00 to $65.00 per hour. Must be licensed and able to relocate to Olympia, WA. Join us to make a positive impact on children’s development!
