Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist with school-based experience to provide speech therapy services to children.

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Deliver direct therapy, monitor progress, and adjust plans accordingly.

Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support communication goals.

Educate families on strategies for at-home support.

Supervise RBT staff and stay current with best practices.

Qualifications: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current licensure, preferred school experience, and excellent communication skills.

Details: Full-time role in Joliet, IL, paying $75-$85/hour, with benefits including 401(k), health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off. In-person work required.
