Job Description

We are seeking a Part-Time Speech Pathologist for our Home Health team in Jackson, TN, to provide assessment and treatment of speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.


  • Evaluate patient needs, develop therapy plans, and coordinate with healthcare teams while adhering to state laws and scope of practice.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers to facilitate communication and functional improvements.
  • Must hold an active, unencumbered license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, and reliable transportation for travel within the service area.
