Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Mental Health Therapist with a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include completing psychosocial assessments, providing individual therapy to children, adults, couples, and families, maintaining clinical documentation, and collaborating within a team.

Qualifications: LMSW or provisional license in Iowa (independent license preferred), 2+ years of experience preferred, valid driver’s license, strong communication skills, bilingual skills a plus.
