Licensed Clinical Counselor (Must Be Local/Addiction Recovery)

Job Description

We are hiring immediately for a full-time Licensed Clinical Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Mental Health Therapist with a salary range of $65,000-$90,000/year (based on experience).

Job Summary
Seeking a compassionate clinician to supervise treatment, facilitate group and individual sessions, develop personalized plans, monitor client progress, and provide addiction counseling for clients with substance use disorders. Maintain accurate records, evaluate treatment outcomes, and stay current with best practices in behavioral health.

Requirements
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field; certification as a Certified Addiction Counselor Level II (required); additional licenses such as LPC, LCSW preferred. Experience in inpatient settings and strong interpersonal, organizational, and ethical practices are essential.
