Outpatient Mental Health Clinician (LICSW/LMHC) – pediatrics

Job Description

We are seeking a licensed outpatient clinician to join a growing pediatric mental health practice in Woburn. The role involves direct patient care, including evaluations, therapy, parent guidance, consultation, and treatment planning, in collaboration with other mental health professionals and healthcare providers.

The position is onsite in Woburn, Monday through Friday, with 35-40 hours/week; part-time options may be considered. No weekends required. We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, support staff, peer consultation, onsite tech support, and a referral stream from a pediatric practice.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in social work or mental health counseling, independent licensure (LICSW, LMHC) in Massachusetts, and preferably 5+ years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families. Candidates must be eligible for insurance contracting, including MassHealth.
