Job Description
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Memory Care unit, ensuring high-quality resident care in compliance with regulations.
Licensed nurse with experience in long-term or healthcare communities. Develops and manages care programs, supervises staff, and participates in resident admissions and care planning. Ensures staff performance, conducts evaluations, and facilitates training and development. Maintains resident rights, safety protocols, and department standards. Coordinates supplies, equipment, and compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines. Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Requires CPR/First Aid, computer skills, and ability to respond to emergency drills.
