Transportation Aide/CNA

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Transportation Aide/CNA to support patient mobility and care within a healthcare facility.

Safely transport patients using equipment like wheelchairs and lifts.

Assist with transfers, ambulation, and patient positioning.

Support clinical staff with vital signs, basic nursing tasks, and documentation in EHR/Epic systems.

Follow infection control and safety protocols, providing compassionate care for diverse patient populations, including those with special needs.

Monitor patient conditions and report concerns promptly.

Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications include current CNA certification or healthcare training, experience in healthcare settings, knowledge of medical terminology, and ability to operate mobility aids. Strong communication skills and physical ability for transfers are essential.
