The Resident Care Manager oversees daily operations in a healthcare facility, ensuring a safe, compliant, and supportive environment for residents.

Responsibilities include managing facility operations, coordinating with nursing staff to deliver quality patient care, ensuring HIPAA compliance, training staff, collaborating with medical professionals, maintaining accurate documentation, and addressing resident concerns.

Ideal candidates have previous healthcare experience (preferably in Skilled Nursing, hospital, or ICU settings), strong medical knowledge, leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.
