Job Description
This role involves providing supervised healthcare services, including diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive care, under a physician’s guidance.
*Key Duties include:*
Obtaining medical histories and conducting physical exams.
Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and blood work.
Managing chronic diseases and risk factors.
Documenting medical information accurately and maintaining confidentiality.
Performing quality care screenings and prescribing rehabilitation therapy.
Educating patients for informed healthcare decisions and referring to specialists as needed.
Providing care in hospital and office settings, prescribing medications, and adhering to legal standards.
*Qualifications:*
Master’s Degree in Nursing with certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
At least one year of acute care experience, preferably in cardiology.
Active licensure, BLS/ACLS certification, and board certification.
