Job Description

Seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care in Assisted Living Facilities in Hyannis, MA, and nearby areas.

  • Perform primary care visits, medication reconciliation, and annual wellness exams five weekdays.
  • Examine patients, review medical records, order diagnostic tests, diagnose, and treat health conditions.
  • Prescribe medications, educate patients and families, and promote overall health and disease prevention.
  • Maintain accurate records, stay updated on medical knowledge, and participate in research.
