RN Weekend Supervisor

Job Description

Seeking a reliable Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts at a skilled nursing facility in Socorro, NM.

• Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays, hours discussed at interview.
• Key Responsibilities: Supervise nursing staff, oversee daily operations, ensure quality resident care, act as the clinical decision-maker, monitor resident conditions, support medication and infection control, address staffing issues, and promote teamwork.
• Qualifications: Current RN license in NM, prior supervisory or weekend experience preferred, strong assessment and leadership skills, ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
