Seeking a dynamic RN Clinical Manager with mental health or psychiatric experience to lead a compassionate Behavioral Health Team in scenic Kalispell, MT.

Our 40-bed facility provides acute inpatient services for clients with mental health or substance abuse issues, collaborating with psychiatrists, therapists, and nursing staff.

Ideal candidates have at least three years of leadership experience, clinical expertise in psychiatric or behavioral health care, and a BSN (Master’s preferred). Relevant certifications and recent experience in critical care or mental health are valued.

As Clinical Manager, you will inspire and develop staff, oversee operations, ensure quality care and regulatory compliance, manage resources, and foster teamwork. The role emphasizes strategic planning, safety, and building strong departmental relationships.
