Job Description

The Certified Family Nurse Practitioner provides compassionate, patient-centered primary care under supervision of licensed physicians, focusing on wellness exams, acute illness visits, and disease management.

  • Assess, diagnose, and manage patients across all ages, emphasizing prevention and health education.

  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver holistic care and improve health outcomes, especially in underserved populations.

  • Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR and participate in quality improvement and care coordination efforts.

    • Preferred 1 year of experience in HIV care, primary care, or community health. Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner is required. This full-time role offers competitive salary ($90,000–$100,000) and benefits including health coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off. The position is in-person.
