Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a community health setting. The role involves diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, supervising care teams, and supporting health promotion initiatives, with an emphasis on health equity and reducing disparities.
