Seeking a full-time Staff Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive primary care and addiction treatment in a community-focused clinic.
Lead clinical services within an integrated, trauma-informed, harm reduction model, supervising advanced practice providers and support staff. Deliver timely patient care, coordinate follow-ups, and collaborate with mental health teams to improve outcomes. Provide clinical supervision, participate in quality improvement, and support team development. Maintain licensure, certifications, and engage in ongoing professional development. Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of community health experience, board certification, and experience with diverse populations. Bilingual skills and experience with EPIC are preferred.
