Job Description

The *Associate Therapist* role offers starting pay at $80,000 annually for a full-time position in a nationally recognized residential addiction treatment program.

Responsibilities include

  • facilitating groups and family sessions,
  • providing individual counseling and crisis intervention,
  • conducting assessments, discharge planning, and case management,
  • coordinating with families, external providers, and referral sources,
  • maintaining compliant documentation,
    • and
  • participating in treatment planning and interdisciplinary team meetings.


    Qualifications require at least two years of psychosocial assessment experience, dual diagnosis expertise, and knowledge of 12-step recovery. A Master’s degree in a related field and valid clinical licenses are preferred. The role entails after-hours and weekend work, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
