Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The role involves providing patient-centered treatment to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions, including evaluations, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include documenting patient progress, supervising staff, educating families, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The candidate will participate in professional development, contribute to a positive facility culture, and maintain safe work practices.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, 2-3 years of experience in a rehab setting preferred, and a valid California SLP license with CCC certification. Must be able to perform physical tasks associated with direct patient care and hold current CPR certification if required.
