Job Description

Seeking full-time Child and Adolescent Therapists in Asheville, NC to provide outpatient services in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, diagnosing, developing and monitoring treatment plans, providing crisis intervention, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

• Unrestricted North Carolina license with 2+ years post-graduate experience
• Doctorate in a related field with 3-5 years of experience or master’s degree with 5+ years
• Knowledge of DSM/ICD-10, crisis assessment tools, and psychiatric principles
• Strong communication skills and ability to pass background checks

Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and flexible hours. Compensation ranges from $58,000 to $85,000 annually.
