Job Description
We are seeking a part-time Speech and Language Pathologist to support students with severe behavioral and developmental needs.
Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, social communication, and feeding disorders. Provide direct therapy in various settings and collaborate with staff and families to promote communication success. Train staff on communication strategies and support multidisciplinary team efforts. Integrate communication strategies into behavior interventions and support crisis situations. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Qualifications include a Master’s degree, current CA licensure, and experience with children with disabilities.
