Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated school-based Speech Language Pathologist to support students in grades K-5 with communication, speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
Provide therapy sessions, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align with IEP goals.
Educate students, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and support their understanding.
Stay current with professional development and adhere to ASHA and state licensing standards.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree, CCC-SLP or eligibility, CA licensure, and experience with diverse pediatric populations.
Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills are essential, with knowledge of AAC systems preferred.
