Job Description

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid over the first year.

_POSITION OVERVIEW:_
Provide direct patient care to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities, including evaluations, treatment planning, and communication with families and healthcare teams.

_KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:_
– Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
– Document services accurately, manage billing documentation, and ensure compliance.
– Supervise clinical staff and contribute to interdisciplinary team efforts.
– Educate patients, families, and staff, and participate in meetings and training.
– Maintain safety standards and promote a positive facility culture.

_QUALIFICATIONS:_
– Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology with 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred.
– Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and CPR certification (if required).
– Strong communication and clinical skills; ability to work with diverse teams and patients.
– Physical ability to perform treatments and evaluations.

_COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:_
– Hourly pay between $65.00 – $75.00.
