Job Description

We are seeking a licensed outpatient clinician to join a growing pediatric mental health practice in Woburn. The role involves

  • evaluations, therapy, parent guidance, consultation, and treatment planning,
  • collaborating with a team of mental health professionals, coordinators, psychiatrists, and primary care providers,
    • and
  • working onsite Monday-Friday (35-40 hours/week), with flexible start dates and part-time options considered. No weekends required.

    • Our practice offers a supportive environment with dedicated staff, peer consultation, technology support, a steady referral stream, and programs integrating mental health with primary pediatrics. Qualifications include a Master’s in social work or mental health counseling, independent licensure (LICSW or LMHC in MA), and at least 5 years of experience working with children and families.
