Job Description

Responsible for managing the Memory Care unit’s daily operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, and providing high-quality resident care.

  • Licensed nurse with experience in long-term care, knowledgeable of regulations and best practices.
  • Supervises staff, develops policies, coordinates resident services, and participates in surveys and inspections.
  • Ensures proper resident admission, treatment monitoring, and care plan development involving residents and families.
  • Manages personnel actions, schedules staff, and promotes staff training and development.
  • Maintains resident rights, safety standards, and departmental efficiency through resource management and safety protocols.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational, decision-making, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Requires CPR/First Aid, computer skills, and ability to respond to emergencies.
