Requirements
- Active NP license and board certification
- DEA, NPI, and malpractice certificates
- ACLS/BLS and infection control certifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
Job Duties
- Provide primary and preventive care in skilled nursing facilities
- Document evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans accurately
- Assess and manage acute patient changes promptly
- Prescribe medications, order labs, diagnostics, and treatments
- Manage patient visits via EMR and telehealth as needed
- Complete billing with proper codes and collaborate with staff and PCPs
Job type is full-time with annual pay ranging from $75,000 to $140,000, offering paid time off and a supportive work environment.
