We are seeking a compassionate Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to provide specialized assessment, treatment, and management of acute and chronic wounds.
Perform comprehensive wound evaluations and develop individualized care plans. Administer advanced wound treatments, including debridement and dressing applications. Prescribe medications and interpret diagnostic tests to guide healing. Educate patients and caregivers on wound care and prevention. Monitor healing progress and adjust treatments as needed. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care. Stay current with wound care research and participate in quality initiatives. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to legal standards.
