RN Weekend Supervisor

Job Description

Seeking a reliable Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts at a rehabilitation center.

Provide supervision to nursing staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure high-quality, compliant resident care.

Act as the clinical decision-maker during weekends, monitor resident conditions, and communicate with providers.

Support medication management, documentation, infection control, and address staffing needs in real time.

Promote teamwork, professionalism, and accountability across shifts.

Qualifications: Current NM RN license, prior supervisory or long-term care experience preferred, strong assessment and leadership skills, independent decision-making ability, excellent communication.
