Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Provide comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.

Perform procedures such as joint injections, IV infusions, and medication administration.

Manage acute and chronic pain, coordinate care, and offer health education.

Conduct physical exams and support clinical decision-making with lab work and diagnostics.

Collaborate with team members to deliver patient-centered care, adhering to HIPAA and documentation standards.

Experience in orthopedics is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.

Compensation ranges from $50.00 – $75.00 per hour, with benefits including 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off.
