Seeking a dynamic RN Clinical Manager with mental health or psychiatric experience to lead a compassionate Behavioral Health team in scenic Kalispell, MT.

Our 40-bed facility offers acute inpatient services for clients with mental health or substance abuse issues, supported by a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of leadership in behavioral health or critical care, with clinical expertise in psychiatric care, strong communication skills, and relevant certifications.

As a leader, you’ll inspire staff, oversee clinical operations, ensure quality and safety compliance, and foster collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities include staff management, quality improvement, budget oversight, and patient interaction.
