Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive psychiatric care to patients in Nursing Facilities across Connecticut.

Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and prescribing medications, with a focus on geriatric patients.

Must hold an APRN or Physician Assistant degree, valid Connecticut license, DEA Certificate, and Controlled Substance License.

Geriatric and psychiatric experience is preferred.

The role offers a full-time, contract position with a salary starting at $135,000 annually, flexible schedule, and a generous benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.

Candidates must be able to work in person in New London, CT, and relocate before starting if necessary.
