Full Time Medical or General Ophthalmologist 300K-400k plus

Job Description

Turnkey ophthalmic opportunity offering a lucrative compensation package with an expected pre-tax income of $300k in year one, based on a 50-60 patient/day schedule, including a base salary and graduated productivity bonus.

Expect to start with a large patient backlog and an established OD referral network, with local hospital credentials providing access to an ASC and minimal EMTALA call requirements. Most cases are performed at the ASC, with additional procedures in a fully equipped 2-room OBS using Alcon technology.

On-site amenities include YAG, Green, and SLT lasers, HVF, OPTOS, Argos biometry, Cassini topography, and a full optical shop with an on-site optician and staff. Support staff includes workup techs and scribes working with NextGen.

The 10,000 sq ft office offers a professional and comfortable environment.
