Interventional Cardiologist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Interventional Cardiologist to provide weekend coverage (1:4) for hospital-based interventional services.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations.
• Manage acute cardiac patients in inpatient and procedural settings.
• Provide weekend call and procedural coverage (typically Friday–Sunday evening).
• Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Accurately document clinical activities per standards.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified/Eligible in Interventional Cardiology.
• Active, unrestricted Texas medical license.
• Minimum 2–5 years of interventional cardiology experience preferred.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and procedural skills.

Details:

• Contract position with competitive pay ($1,000–$1,500/day).
• Flexible weekend schedule (Friday evening to Sunday).
• Location: New Braunfels, TX; must relocate before starting.
• Willingness to travel 25% preferred.
