Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join a community health center dedicated to health equity. This role offers a competitive salary of $200K–$230K, comprehensive benefits including health insurance, life and AD&D coverage, retirement plans, generous paid time off, and professional development support.


  • Provide comprehensive primary care across all ages, focusing on prevention and management of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Supervise care teams, ensure accurate records, and participate in quality assurance.
  • Support health promotion initiatives and stay current through ongoing education.
  • Participate in on-call duties as assigned.


  • Requirements include MD/DO with residency in Family or Internal Medicine, MA medical license, board certification or eligibility, BLS certification, and a commitment to health equity.
