Job Description

Seeking a Part-time Pain Management Nurse Practitioner in Rhode Island with no weekends, holidays, or call.

  • Provide advanced nursing and medical pain management for patients with acute and chronic pain.
  • Conduct history and physical exams, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results.
  • Manage medications (narcotic and non-narcotic) based on established guidelines.
  • Assess patients for interventional procedures such as injections, nerve blocks, TENS, spinal stimulator placement, and radio-frequency ablation.
  • Perform trigger point injections, Botox/Dysport injections, and removal of temporary SCS leads.

    • This outpatient, private practice role offers a schedule of Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts, with benefits including 401(k), matching, medical/dental insurance, continuing education, paid time off, and malpractice coverage. Requires RN licensure and Master’s degree; certification as NP preferred. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 annually. Location options include Warwick and South Kingstown, RI.
