Job Description

Seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide behavioral health services to adults and children in a community-based outpatient setting.

  • Must hold an LCSW, LMFT, or MHC license in the practice state with a graduate degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Minimum of two years post-graduate clinical experience in individual, family, couples, and group therapy.
  • Strong communication skills in English and a high academic achievement (B+ or higher).
  • Responsibilities include delivering compassionate psychotherapy, completing documentation, maintaining compliance with regulations, referring clients when needed, and participating in case consultations.
  • Provides input on patient needs, addresses concerns, and behaves professionally.
  • Full-time role, $35/hour, with benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
  • Position involves in-person work, approximately 40 hours weekly.
