Job Description
This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus (paid over a year).
_Position Overview:_
Provide patient-centered care to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions through evaluations, treatments, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
_Key Responsibilities:_
– Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
– Communicate progress with team, patients, and families
– Document services accurately and manage billing processes
– Supervise clinical staff and contribute to team meetings
– Educate staff and families on treatment follow-through
– Maintain safety standards and promote a positive work environment
_Qualifications:_
– Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
– 2-3 years rehab experience preferred
– Current CCC-SLP certification and California license
– Knowledge of medical terminology and excellent communication skills
– Ability to work with diverse teams and patients
_Physical and Certification Requirements:_
– Ability to perform patient treatments and safety procedures
– CPR certification if applicable
