Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Job Description

We are a growing provider of psychiatric and psycho-social services in long-term care, supporting 600 facilities across the Midwest with expanding opportunities.

We seek licensed LCSW Clinical Social Workers interested in geriatric behavioral health for part-time or full-time roles, currently in Fond Du Lac, WI.

Qualifications include a master’s degree from an accredited university, 1-2 years’ experience, full state licensure, strong communication skills, and proficiency with technology.
