Job Description

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist role involves providing direct patient care to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions.

  • Evaluate and treat patients within their functional limitations, develop treatment plans, and communicate progress to the healthcare team and families.
  • Document services accurately, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with regulatory and billing requirements.
  • Supervise clinical staff and contribute to interdisciplinary team activities, integrating findings and educating team members and families.
  • Participate in professional development through continuing education, peer interactions, and presentations.
  • Promote a positive, safe, and professional facility culture, demonstrating excellent customer service and safety practices.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, California license, and 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred.
  • Physical demands involve working with patients, maintaining safety, and some clerical tasks. Compensation ranges from $65-$75/hour with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and relocation assistance.
