Job Description

The Speech and Language Pathologist provides specialized assessment and therapy services to students with severe behavioral and developmental needs in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

  • Conducts evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and delivers therapy for speech, language, social communication, and feeding disorders.
  • Collaborates with staff and families, trains educators on communication strategies, and supports crisis intervention with communication supports.
  • Maintains documentation, ensures compliance with regulations, and participates in interdisciplinary team meetings.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current licensure, and experience with children with complex needs; knowledge of AAC and behavioral strategies is preferred.
  • Offers a competitive salary range of $125,000–$145,000, along with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and a supportive team environment.
