Job Description

This role provides in-home speech therapy services across the San Jose area, focusing on patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.

  • Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing care plans, delivering therapy, monitoring progress, documenting outcomes, and educating patients and caregivers.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and support patient independence.

    • The ideal candidate is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with at least one year of experience, organized, compassionate, and confident in clinical decision-making.

  • Qualifications include a Master’s degree, active license, and preferably prior home health experience.

    • Offering full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules, with competitive pay ($60-$70/hour), flexible scheduling, benefits, mileage reimbursement, and continuing education.
