Job Description

We are seeking a Part-Time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Jackson, TN, serving the surrounding communities.

Assess, evaluate, and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive impairments within state licensing guidelines.

Collaborate with healthcare team members and assist physicians in developing therapy plans.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on speech therapy techniques and exercises.

Must Haves: Current licensure and CCC-SLP certification, CPR certification, reliable transportation, and ability to commute within the area.
