Job Description

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a full-time primary care clinic role. The provider will diagnose and treat health conditions, conduct physical exams, interpret lab tests, and oversee patient health.


  • Examine patients and review medical records
  • Order and analyze diagnostic tests (blood tests, X-rays, etc.)
  • Diagnose illnesses and propose treatment plans for chronic and infectious diseases
  • Prescribe medications and maintain accurate records
  • Educate patients and families about health conditions, prevention, and medications
  • Promote good health practices and oversee overall patient health

    • This in-person position offers a starting salary of $105,000 annually and benefits including 401(k), dental, health, and life insurance.
