Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Description

Seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with at least 1 year of experience in wound care to join a mobile wound care team in Charlottesville, VA.

• Provide advanced wound assessment, treatment, and follow-up in various patient settings.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care and continuity.
• Utilize EMR systems for documentation and educate patients and caregivers.
• Work autonomously with support from licensed teammates, with flexible full- or part-time schedules, typically ending by 5:00 pm.
