Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join a community health center dedicated to health equity. This role involves 80% clinical care and 20% administrative duties, providing comprehensive primary care across all ages, focusing on prevention and managing acute and chronic conditions. The position includes supervising care teams, maintaining accurate records, and participating in quality assurance and health promotion initiatives.
