Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate, bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Part-Time Pediatrician to provide primary care to children and adolescents in a community health setting in Long Beach, CA.

Key duties include conducting well-child exams, immunizations, managing acute and chronic conditions, developmental screenings, and patient education. The role involves onsite clinical care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications include a medical degree (MD or DO), California medical license, board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics, BLS and PALS certifications, and experience in outpatient or community health settings. Bilingual skills and familiarity with FQHC operations are preferred.

Compensation ranges from $125 to $145 per hour for 16-24 hours weekly, with benefits such as health insurance, 403(b), loan repayment, and paid time off. The position requires availability every other Saturday to extend clinic hours and improve patient access.
