Job Description

Join a regional neonatal care team as a *Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)*, providing advanced, compassionate care in Level III and Level IV NICUs across Central California.

  • Serve a defined patient population as an expert clinician, educator, and advocate, collaborating with neonatologists under established protocols.
  • Support the Level III NICU at a major medical center with opportunities to rotate through Valley Children’s Hospital’s Level IV NICU and other facilities.
  • Work within a large, multidisciplinary network supporting high-volume neonatal admissions and complex cases.
  • Ideal candidates have 5+ years of NICU experience or are new graduates, with required certifications and a master’s degree in nursing.
