The Mid-Level Provider (NP/PA) independently delivers comprehensive, evidence-based care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and patient counseling, documented via Athenahealth EHR.
Qualifications include a relevant degree (MSN, BSN, or Physician Assistant), active Texas license, certification (ANCC or PANCE), and at least one year of clinical experience.Must possess excellent communication, organizational, and technological skills, with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, BLS certification, and the ability to work autonomously.Responsibilities encompass patient assessment, diagnostic testing, procedures, care planning, documentation, and collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure quality, safety, and continuity of care.Emphasizes customer service, patient engagement, and maintaining positive practice relationships, alongside managing clinic operations, business needs, and adhering to core values.Requires physical ability to perform clinical tasks and adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment.
