Seeking a Neonatal Advanced Practice Provider (NNP or PA) to lead neonatal resuscitation and develop care plans for NICU patients in a 24/7, Level III nursery. Responsibilities include assessing newborns at delivery and in the NICU, performing procedures, managing treatments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The role involves clinical leadership, quality improvement, education, and mentorship, with participation in telemedicine and transport activities. Work schedule includes 12- or 24-hour shifts, with no formal call requirements. Required qualifications include certification as an APRN or PA, licensure, and at least two years of NICU experience.
