Responsibilities include providing intensive in-home services, building meaningful relationships with families and community partners, and working as part of a dedicated team. Flexible scheduling options are available for both part-time (24 hrs) and full-time (40 hrs) roles.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a Human Services field (licensure preferred), experience in home and community settings, trauma-informed care, and risk assessment. Bilingual skills and a valid driver’s license are desirable.
